Returns & Refunds Policy

We would love you to be happy with your purchase from the Sow Coffee Project, so we have a 14-day return policy.

If you are not happy with any purchase you have made from SOW Coffee Project for any reason, please contact us at hello@sowcoffeeproject.co for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. 

Please provide us with the following information to make the replacement, exchange or refund as smooth as possible.

Full name - date of purchase - order number - what particular item/s, and how many you would like to return, and finally, why do you want to the item/s (in as much detail as possible please).

Please note the following conditions apply on returning items:

 

Merchandise items must be delivered in the original (brand-new condition) including all original packaging.
Initial freight costs are non-refundable.
All return freight costs must be prepaid.

If the products are defective, have been incorrectly specified, are contrary to the goods bought on the website or don't perform accurately, you can choose between a refund, exchange or refund.
